Essential Functions:
- Will be responsible for working one-on-one or in small groups with High School students
- Will assist the teacher with the grading or assessment of student work
- Will assist the teacher in organization and functions of the FFA Chapter
- Will assist teacher with research and lesson development
- Will assist the teacher in planning and/or all other basic day-to-day responsibilities (such as leading discussions, assisting students, filing, updating bulletin boards, making copies, etc.…)

Minimum Requirements:
- Skills/Knowledge: Ability to follow instructions. Professional and trustworthy conduct is required. Must be courteous and respectful. Ability to learn quickly. Must communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Must be poised, mature and possess a positive attitude while being flexible.
- Must be a Junior/Senior year student in good academic standing.
- Must be interested in pursuing a degree in Ag education.
