Internship Title: Ceramic Art Studio Assistant

Essential Functions:

Assist with cleaning Studio: Sweeping, Dusting, Cleaning Paint Trays etc.
Set up and clean up after groups coming into the studio to paint.
Assist with pouring paint.
Assist customers if they have questions on their project.

Minimum Requirements:

Positive attitude, love working in a field where everyone is allowed to express themselves in art.
Skills/Knowledge: Ability to follow instructions. Professional and trustworthy conduct required.
Must be a high school student in good standing.
Good Communication.

THIS DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL DUTIES. INTERN MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES BY THE STAFF OR SUPERVISOR. INTERN WILL BE EVALUATED ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS LISTED AS WELL AS INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. ON-SITE HOURS WILL BE NEGOTIATED WITH EACH CANDIDATE.

SAFETY EXPECTATIONS, INCLUDING HARASSMENT, SHOULD BE REVIEWED WITH THE HOST.
