Internship Title: IT Intern

Duties:

Overview of a business network
Overview of a access network
Overview of a transport network
Shadow a customer installation
Shadow troubleshooting customer issues
Shadow computer troubleshooting
Overview of other areas of business we work in (ex. Business Phone Systems, Security Systems)
Facilities tour

Minimum Requirements:

High school student who presents him/herself as poised and professional
Team Player
Strong Communication Skills
Follows Instructions

THIS DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL DUTIES. INTERN MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES BY THE STAFF OR SUPERVISOR. INTERN WILL BE EVALUATED ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS LISTED AS WELL AS INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. ON-SITE HOURS WILL BE NEGOTIATED WITH EACH CANDIDATE.
