Internship Title: Data Analysis and Visualization Intern (Statistical Analysis and Visual Presentation of Driver Performance Data)

Essential Functions:

Statistical Analysis and Visual Presentation of Driver Performance Data.

Individuals holding this position will use SAS statistical software to analyze human driver’s performance from driving safety studies. The process will include importing data, verifying accuracy, and examining data for outliers or anomalous values. Statistical analysis will also be conducted to understand the effects of experimental conditions on driver performance variables related to driving safety.

THIS DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL DUTIES. INTERN MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES BY THE STAFF OR SUPERVISOR. INTERN WILL BE EVALUATED ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS LISTED AS WELL AS INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. ON-SITE HOURS WILL BE NEGOTIATED WITH EACH CANDIDATE.

SAFETY EXPECTATIONS, INCLUDING HARASSMENT, SHOULD BE REVIEWED WITH THE HOST.
