Internship Length: 45 hrs

 

 

• Assist with various tasks related to operating a photography studio. 

• Answer incoming phone calls, relaying information and messages accurately.

• Work may require contact with the pubic

• Prop assembly

• Assist on location-help carry equipment (up to 35 lbs), set up lights, backgrounds.

• Assist with studio sessions-background changes/moving props

• Assemble photograph’s, open boxes carefully and assemble orders

• Light housekeeping duties

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to deal with confidentiality with clients and the business community.

• Ability to type and spell, such as sending emails or posting images to social media.

• Some knowledge of Mac but not required.

• Positive attitude, polite, energetic and self motivated

• Good organization skills, put backgrounds and props back after sessions.

• Tasks involve bending, lifting, walking and carrying.

• Some local travel required.

THIS DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL DUTIES. INTERN MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES BY THE STAFF OR SUPERVISOR. INTERN WILL BE EVALUATED ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS LISTED AS WELL AS INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. ON-SITE HOURS WILL BE NEGOTIATED WITH EACH CANDIDATE.

SAFETY EXPECTATIONS, INCLUDING HARASSMENT, SHOULD BE REVIEWED WITH THE HOST.
